This is a HAPPY NEW YEAR greeting form J.J. (better known to you as Mellow), Ernie (our eight year old cat), and Dave and I.  As you can see by the picture that I have enclosed, our darling J.J. (a.k.a. Jumping jack) has grown into a handsome young man.  You may recall he has an extra toe on three of his paws which delightfully alters his gait AND gives him an advantage in leaping and wrestling.  It's a good thing Ernie adores him because the poor old boy is forever overpowered by the young whippersnapper!! We are very proud of our "boys".  They received a new jungle gym for Christmas, but it is the squirrel at the bird feeder that has J.J. mesmerized.  He spends a lot of time at the window watching and "talking" to this untouchable creature.  Thank you for your commitment to the animals in our county.  Gratefully, Dave and Linda Wielock
