Rebel aka Trout

January 25, 2021

Hi,

My husband and I adopted Trout (we’ve renamed her Rebel) 1/2/2020 and we wanted to let you know she’s doing great.
As you can see from the picture, she’s relaxed into her new home. She was scared at first, but now she’s claimed it as her own and actually become quite the watchdog – alerting us if anyone sets foot on HER property.
She’s put on a little weight so she’s not so skinny, and enjoys accompanying us hiking and snowshoeing on our trails every day.
She sleeps through the night in her crate in our bedroom at night with the door open, and is working on being comfortable with the door closed for brief periods.
She went to the groomer last week and we were told she behaved herself very well. And she looked quite glamorous after her blowout!
We thank you for all you did for her, and believe she will have a happy life in her forever home.
