Meetings:
Meetings of the Board of Directors will be held at 5:30pm on the 4th Tuesday of each month in the community room at HSMC; there is no December meeting. Emergency and/or special meetings of the directors may be called at the discretion of the President. The first 10 minutes of every meeting of the Board of Directors of the HSMC are open to any member of the community for public comment; with respect to personnel, legal and other matters identified by the Board of Directors, and deliberation on such matters shall be closed. Year-end financial information is available upon request.
